Abstract

Является ли беспрецедентно быстрый рост государственного долга раз витых стран бесспорным признаком их неизбежного дефолта и надвигающегося кризиса в международных валютных и финансовых отношениях? Автор делает попытку критически переосмыслить распространенную в литературе точку зрения.
