Российский Рынок Секьюритизации Активов: Тенденции И Факторы Развития

Abstract

В статье уточняется экономическое содержание понятия «секьюритизация активов» и анализируются два базовых типа секьюритизации традиционная и синтетическая. На основе анализа российского рынка выявлены его тенденции и особенности, показывается, что в настоящее время он ограничен рынком секьюритизации ипотечных активов. Авторы сформулировали факторы и меры, которые будут способствовать развитию института секьюритизации активов в России.
