Abstract

Исследуется роль государства в регулировании экономического сектора, а также ее различия в плановой и рыночной экономике. Сравниваются основные виды государственных стратегий — либеральной, регулируемой и мобилизационной. Представлены возможные сценарии социально экономического развития России на перспективу, основанные на инновационном стратегическом курсе.
