Abstract

Автор статьи исследует совокупность принципов, на основании которых формируются контрактные отношения. Акцент сделан на выявлении ранее не рассмотренных в литературе принципов нравственности, контрактной эквифинальности и т. д. Показано, что правовые механизмы функционирования систем часто не являются определяющими при заключении сделок.
