Abstract

Гарри Эс Тру́мэн 33-й президент США (1945-1953 гг.) от Демократической партии. При нем в 1948 г. был принят план Маршалла, действовавший 4 года. За это время на восстановление, экономическую и техническую помощь было выделено $13 млрд 17 европейским странам, объединившимся в Организацию европейского экономического сотрудничества. Программа Трумена «Справедливый курс» предусматривала контроль государством цен, кредитов, промышленных продуктов, экспорта, зарплат и квартирных плат.
