Социальный Капитал Фактор Снижения Издержек Фирмы

Abstract

С целью выявления уровня и значения социального капитала фирмы как ресурса для снижения внешних и внутренних затрат было проведено специальное социальное обследование коллектива одного из российских банков. Полученные результаты подтвердили, что в современной экономике, ориентированной в первую очередь на развитие отношений, социальный капитал необходим для долгосрочного развития предприятий любой отрасли.
