Abstract

Обсуждение экономического роста представляется целесообразным вести не в плане того, нужен или не нужен экономический рост и не следует ли ограничиться нулевым или более того отрицательным хозяйственным ростом. Полагаем, что искать эффективные решения обоснованно в отношении модели роста и его возможных в соответствующей национальной экономике темпов.
