Abstract

Быстро меняющаяся экономическая ситуация заставляет компании оперативно приспосабливаться к новым реалиям. Одним из вариантов функционирования предприятий в условиях глобальной конкуренции стало создание стратегических альянсов. Основная цель исследования на опыте зарубежных компаний определить пути использования стратегических альянсов в отечественной промышленности, а также оценить их возможности и перспективы на примере российского автопрома.
