Настройка Российской Налоговой Системы: Необходимость, Проблемы, Пути Решения

Abstract

Проанализированы основные, по мнению автора, проблемы действующей российской налоговой системы. К их числу автор относит низкую экономическую эффективность стимулирующих налоговых механизмов, неравномерное распределение налоговой нагрузки между населением и бизнесом, а также проблемы администрирования отдельных налогов. Даны рекомендации к рассмотрению предложений по настройке налоговой системы, разрабатываемой в соответствии с посланием Президента Российской Федерации Федеральному собранию на 2017 год.
