Роль Подразделения Внутреннего Аудита В Реализации Корпоративной Карты Гарантий (На Примере Практики Оао «Российские Железные Дороги»)

Abstract

В современных экономических условиях для эффективного корпоративного управления особое значение приобретает функция корпоративного контроля, способствующая сохранению целостности компании и достижению ее целей и задач, выполнению миссии. Модель корпоративного контроля формализуется в так называемой карте гарантий документе, определяющем сферы ответственности субъектов системы внутреннего контроля и иных заинтересованных сторон в отношении отдельных рисков компании. При этом особую роль занимает подразделение внутреннего аудита, которое представляет органам управления и менеджменту необходимую объективную оценку состояния и эффективности систем корпоративного управления, внутреннего контроля, управления рисками. В статье раскрываются отдельные теоретические аспекты и практики проведения таких оценок в ходе операционных аудитов.
