Abstract

Статья содержит анализ использования различных математических (параметрических) методов для выявление сделок слияния и поглощения, прошедших с использованием инсайдерской информации и невозможность в полной мере положиться на точность данных методов, в частности речь идет о доработке и апробировании иностранных методик для использования их на российском рынке. Актуальность темы обусловлена рыночной ситуацией и большим количеством сомнительных сделок M&A на фондовом рынке.
