Abstract

С учетом выявленных институциональных проблем в федеральном округе разработана программа повышения качества жизни населения в регионах Северо-Кавказского федерального округа, состоящая из четырех уровней регулирования с алгоритмом реализуемых мер, направленная на стимулирование инновационно-инвестиционной деятельности во всех сферах жизнедеятельности, способных обеспечить экономический рост, снижение социальной напряженности и повышение качества жизни населения.
