Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы интеграции сотрудничества (партнерства) и соперничества (конкуренции) участников предпринимательской среды. Представлены основные мотивы формирования партнерств с позиций ресурсного подхода. Предложена типология партнерств, дополненная актуальными примерами партнерских отношений между конкурентами в российской экономике. Показаны положительные эффекты формирования партнерств, предложены направления для более детального исследования, касающиеся практических вопросов формирования партнерств (построение системы управления и контроля, механизмы управления рисками, критерии оценки эффективности и т.д.).
