Abstract

В статье обсуждается проблема интеграции России в международное разделение труда, как мягкой формы глобализации. Обосновывается, что наибольший успех в этом процессе может быть достигнут в транспортной отрасли за счет экспорта транспортных услуг в сфере организации контейнерных перевозок. При этом поставщиком транспортных услуг зарубежным потребителям может стать контейнерная компания резидент Российской Федерации. Применительно к этому в статье рассматриваются функциональный и организационно-структурный аспекты решения проблемы в данной постановке. Методические подходы в отношении практической реализации указанных аспектов, сформулированные в качестве типовых, разработаны и апробированы на примере создания ОАО «ТрансКонтейнер».
