Abstract

Рассмотрены основные тенденции выявления, оценки и управления рисками в крупных компаниях на современном этапе экономического развития России. На основе анализа практики ОАО «РЖД» показана роль службы внутреннего аудита в управлении рисками; определено значение классификатора нарушений и рисков в системе внутреннего контроля и аудита и место системы внутрикорпоративных стандартов внутреннего аудита в построении СУР.
