Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу структурных диспропорций российской экономики, которые на фоне перехода к плавающему режиму валютного курса рубля и геополитической напряженности вызвали масштабный отток капитала, резкое сокращение доходов населения и, как следствие, падение темпов роста ВВП. Статья также представляет собой попытку выработать долгосрочную экономическую стратегию России, определить наиболее перспективные, стратегически важные секторы экономики, интенсивное развитие которых будет способствовать преодолению структурных диспропорций.
