Abstract

Статья посвящена исследованию теоретических и практических проблем, влияющих на выбор и совершенствование механизмов развития российской промышленной корпорации, ее адаптации к сложным современным экономическим условиям. Выявляются факторы, условия и ограничения, влияющие на выбор критериев, которые, в свою очередь, определяют выбор механизмов адаптации промышленной корпорации. При этом рассматриваются возможности повышения эффективности российских промышленных корпораций на основе методологии имитационного моделирования и с учетом возникающих реальных трудностей в стратегическом, оперативном и корпоративном управлении в современных условиях российской экономики.
