Abstract

В статье представлены основные слагаемые региональной экономической политики, включая использование методов программно-целевого регулирования, модернизацию налогово-бюджетной политики, поддержку малого и среднего бизнеса. Рассматриваются ключевые экономические и правовые аспекты формирования выверенных местных бюджетов как залога равномерного поступательного развития Российской Федерации. Дана оценка степени зависимости качества управления муниципальными властями от размера получаемых бюджетных дотаций.
