Управление Экономической Устойчивостью Социально-Экономических Систем: Оценка, Мониторинг, Результаты

Abstract

Дано авторское определение экономической устойчивости социально-экономических систем. Представлен механизм мониторинга устойчивости системы. Раскрыт подход к количественному измерению уровня экономической устойчивости. Обоснована система оценки устойчивости, базирующаяся на четырех аспектах: сферах деятельности внутрисистемной среды; факторах стратегических рисков внешней среды, которые непосредственно воздействуют на систему; синергетическом эффекте в сферах деятельности социально-экономических систем; рисках возможных изменений в состоянии параметров сфер деятельности ввиду влияния внутрисистемных и внешних факторов. Аргументированы особенности методологического и методического подхода к системе оценки экономической устойчивости.
