Практика Государственно-Частного Партнерства В Субъектах Российской Федерации (На Примере Центрального Федерального Округа)

Abstract

В статье на основании исследования, проведенного Институтом современного развития (ИНСОР) и Центром развития государственно-частного партнерства в период с декабря 2009 г. по апрель 2010 г., дается анализ состояния государственно-частного партнерства в регионах Центрального федерального округа. Проект был реализован в два этапа, на первом исследовались статистические материалы и информация о проектах по 18 субъектам ЦФО. На втором проведен опрос экспертов регионального и федерального уровня. В результате обобщена практика государственно-частного партнерства в Центральном федеральном округе. Особое внимание уделено выработке рекомендаций по совершенствованию законодательства в данной сфере.
