Abstract

Представлен краткий анализ современных проблем и тенденций интеграции Российской Федерации в мировое экономическое сообщество, акцентируется внимание на потребности совершенствования борьбы с преступностью в сфере внешнеэкономической деятельности, эффективным инструментарием которой автор считает разработку комплексной криминалистической методики расследования преступлений в сфере внешнеэкономической деятельности, отражающую современные реалии механизма совершения преступных посягательств указанной категории. Необходимым этапом формирования указанной системы научного знания является представленная криминалистическая классификация преступлений в сфере внешнеэкономической деятельности.
