Abstract

Представлен авторский взгляд на проблемы, связанные с особенностями проведения осмотров электронных носителей информации по делам о транснациональных преступлениях экстремистского характера, совершаемым с использованием информационно-коммуникационных технологий. Рассматриваются тактические приемы сохранения криминалистически значимой информации, в том числе короткоживущих данных.
