Типичные Категории Свидетелей По Делам О Преступлениях В Сфере Теневого Фармацевтического Рынка И Особенности Их Допроса

Abstract

Исследуя специфические особенности расследования преступлений в сфере теневого фармацевтического рынка, автор обращается к вопросам формирования показаний свидетелей как доказательств по уголовным делам указанной категории. Указывая на обширное количество лиц, осведомленных о тех или иных фактических обстоятельствах деяния, но зачастую остающихся вне ведения относительно его правовой оценки, автор осуществляет систематизацию свидетелей, а также предлагает примерный перечень обстоятельств, подлежащих выяснению (предмет допроса) у отдельных из представленных категорий свидетелей.
