Abstract

Рассматриваются перспективы стандартизации судебно-экспертной деятельности и аккредитации экспертных лабораторий, позволяющие создать действенный механизм, обеспечивающий переход на новый уровень судебно-экспертных технологий в нашей стране. Помимо этого затрагиваются вопросы сертификации и валидации методических материалов, компетентности судебных экспертов
