Abstract

Рассмотрено влияние малого и среднего предпринимательства на экономику Российской Федерации. Отражена роль субъектов в социально-экономическом благополучии граждан страны. Так же, выявлены проблемы, с которыми сталкивается современный предприниматель. Проведена оценка динамики развития малого и среднего предпринимательства в последние годы. Проведен расчет показателей концентрации рынка разработки программного обеспечения Рассмотрены и оценены государственные программы по поддержке субъектов малого и среднего предпринимательства.
