Abstract

Представлена авторская методика оценки инфраструктурного обеспечения малого предпринимательства, осуществлен с использованием экономико-математических методов и корреляционного анализа выбор показателей оценки инфраструктуры поддержки малого предпринимательства, объединённых в три группы. Для разработки нового инструментария оценки инфраструктуры в основу положены методики, разработанные Европейской комиссией (Regional Innovation Scoreboard)», «ЭкспертРА», ИСИЭЗ НИУ ВШЭ, «РИА Рейтинг». Сформулированы требования, предъявляемые к модели оценки инфраструктурной поддержки малого предпринимательства. Представлены рейтинги инфраструктурной поддержки малого предпринимательства по регионам.
