Abstract

В условиях неопределенности и изменчивости внешней среды требуется своевременная адаптация предприятия. Эта адаптация может быть реактивной, происходящей в форме реакции на изменение внешней среды, и превентивной, основанной на прогнозировании изменений внешней среды. Проведен анализ возможностей, преимуществ и недостатков адаптивных проектной и матричной организационных структур предприятия при реализации реактивной и превентивной адаптации в условиях неопределенности и изменений внешней среды.
