Сексуальные Услуги Как Предмет Взятки

Abstract

Рассматривается возможность признания сексуальных услуг предметом взятки. Раскрываются подходы к юридической оценке предоставления сексуальных услуг должностным лицам. Анализируется отнесение сексуальных услуг к имущественным. Формулируются предложения по квалификации случаев оказания сексуальных услуг должностным лицам исходя из действующего уголовного законодательства.
