Abstract

Рассмотрено практическое значение ювенальной юриспруденции, основные направления совершенствования профилактики преступности несовершеннолетних, а также проанализирована деятельность субъектов по осуществлению предупреждения правонарушений совершаемых несовершеннолетними.
