К Вопросу Об Определении Базовых Понятий В Сфере Противодействия Коррупции

Abstract

Рассматриваются ключевые понятия в сфере противодействия коррупции: коррупция, коррупционные преступления, преступления коррупционной направленности. Выявляются особенности содержания каждого из названных терминов, их соотношение друг с другом. Устанавливается невозможность синонимичного использования понятий «коррупционные преступления» и «преступления коррупционной направленности». Говорится об отсутствии необходимости выделения в Уголовном кодексе РФ отдельной главы, объединяющей коррупционные преступления.
