Abstract

Под методом в самом широком смысле слова понимают путь исследования. Методологией именуют систему определенных принципов, приемов и операций, применяемых в той или иной сфере деятельности, а также учение об этой системе. Выявляя роль методологии в определении методов в судебной экспертизе, необходимо выяснить, что является ее методологическим основанием. Методология судебной экспертизы отдается приоритет диалектико-логическому пониманию методологии. На этой основе открывается возможность продуктивно-критического анализа существующих методических подходов и концепций развития исследование, возникновения новых видов исследования, включая и вопросы его формирования научного знания отрасли.
