Криминалистическое Изучение Личности: История Развития И Современные Подходы К Пониманию

Abstract

Рассмотрена история криминалистического изучения личности, в которой сделан акцент на периоде формирования криминалистических знаний в единую систему; названы основные направления изучения личности в отечественной криминалистике в XX веке, проанализировано отражение научных знаний в учебниках по криминалистике, вышедших в различные исторические эпохи. Изучены имеющиеся понятия криминалистического изучения личности, и предложено авторское определение в связи с необходимостью включения в данную криминалистическая категория как практического, так и теоретического аспектов изучения личности, в том числе изучение личности субъектов, уполномоченных на осуществление криминалистической деятельности, и которые в практическом аспекте сами изучают личности других участников.
