Abstract

Объекты судебной экспертиз представляют собой взаимообусловленную систему, складывающуюся из разнообразных материальных и нематериальных носителей информации, источника информации о факте, событии или явлении и взаимосвязи выявленных обстоятельств с исследуемыми. Вопрос об отнесении к числу объектов судебной экспертизы образцов и проб для сравнительного исследования практикой уже решен, но теоретическая и нормативная правовая регламентация данных объектов все еще до конца не проработана. Автор предлагает вариант фиксации на уровне закона рассматриваемых объектов.
