Использование Специальных Знаний При Организации Рассмотрения Сообщения О Незаконном Производстве И Обращении Лекарственных Средств

Abstract

Дается характеристика деятельности правоохранительных органов на стадии возбуждения уголовного дела по делам о незаконном производстве и обращении лекарственных средств, в том числе представлены результаты анализа выявленных типичных недостатков, среди которых выделяется недостаточное использование возможностей специальных знаний сведущих лиц в получении и закреплении доказательственной базы. Рассмотрены возможности законодательного и организационного разшенеия проблемных аспектов в указанной сфере.
