Abstract

Рассматриваются некоторые вопросы использования цифровой информации при расследовании преступлений. Авторами на основе изучения и анализа последних изменений законодательства обозначаются проблемные аспекты применения норм, предусматривающих обнаружение, фиксацию, изъятие электронных следов преступления, их реализация в доказывании по уголовному делу. Приводится ряд трудностей, которые могут возникнуть у следователя при получении и использовании цифровой информации при проведении отдельных следственных и процессуальных действий.
