О Некоторых Аспектах Концепции Создания Криминалистических Методик Расследования Преступлений С Бланкетными Составами

Abstract

Признаки состава преступления закрепляются в нормах общей и особенной части уголовного права. Диспозиция уголовно-правовой нормы является основополагающей для разработки частной криминалистической методики расследования преступления. А криминалистическое исследование бланкетной диспозиции помогает разработать такую методику с учётом применяемого для квалификации действующего законодательства.
