Abstract

Анализируются исторические примеры негативного влияния идеологизированных и субъективно навязанных решений в освоении и использовании в нашей стране международного опыта борьбы с преступностью, подчеркивается необходимость реализации в этой деятельности принципов экономичности и эффективности.
