Использование Принципов Компетентностного Менеджента В Управлении Инновационным Развитием Региональных Экономических Систем

Abstract

Предложена концептуальная модель применения принципов компетентност-ного менеджмента в управлении инновационным развитием региональных экономических систем в условиях принципиально новой индустриализации, основанной на смещении ее центра из сферы производства в сферу НИОКР. Предлагаемая модель позволит осуществлять мониторинг уровня компетентности вовлекаемых субъектов инновационного процесса при отборе, мотивации, прогнозировании результативности, а также при оценке эффективности их деятельности на всех уровнях с целью снижения рисков, развития качественных кооперационных и международных связей и повышения эффективности инноваций, создаваемых или осваиваемых в регионе.
