Abstract

Рассмотрены особенности понятия мониторинга как важной функции территориального управления. Определена актуальность мониторинга регионального развития в связи с принятием Федерального закона от 28.06.2014г. №172-ФЗ. Мониторинг предлагается рассматривать как систему, функционирование которой включает ряд этапов, и которая состоит из ряда элементов, которые описаны в статье. Предложен принцип совершенствования системы мониторинга регионального развития.
