Abstract

На основе открытых источников рассматриваются причины возникших проблем в системе холдинга «РЖД», связанных как с потерями на рынке пассажирских перевозок, так и с финансовыми проблемами холдинга. Анализ ситуации на российских железных показывает наличие серьёзных преимуществ в возможностях обеспечения российских железных дорог всей номенклатурой подвижного состава отечественного производства.
