Abstract

Показана необходимость проведения конверсии для повышения эффективности деятельности организаций ОПК. Проанализирован опыт проведения советских конверсий. Предложено осуществлять подготовку кадров высшей квалификации для предприятий ОПК по образовательным программам двойных технологий производства военной и гражданской продукции. Намечен ряд мероприятий организации подготовки специалистов для ОПК тульского региона.
