Abstract

Обоснована необходимость исследования вопросов устойчивости технопарко-вых структур с применением показателей, характеризующих их интеллектуальный капитал. Предлагается использовать методические приемы теории динамических нормативов для мониторинга устойчивого развития технопарковых структур и определения степени влияния на него уровня развития их интеллектуального капитала.
