Abstract

Рассмотрен организационно-экономический механизм корпоративного управления промышленными предприятиями на основе системного подхода и принципов стратегического менеджмента в целях обеспечения устойчивости деятельности организаций в условиях высокого уровня внешних и внутренних рисков.
