Управление Инновационно-Технологическим Развитием Регионов России: Стратегия Разумной Специализации

Abstract

Определено, что научно-техническая и инновационная политика России не может быть одинаковой по отношению к регионам, различным по своему инновационному профилю, потенциалу и специализации. Предложена концептуальная модель применения принципов концепции разумной специализации при управлении инновационнотехнологическим развитием регионов России. Установлено, что цель разумной специализации заключается, во-первых, в стимулировании инновационной деятельности в регионе, во-вторых, в активизации структурных изменений в экономике региона в современных условиях.
