Abstract

Проанализированы некоторые общие положения допроса несовершеннолетних подозреваемых, обвиняемых, тактически эффективная интерпретация которых, применительно к специфике расследования преступлений экстремистской направленности, совершенных несовершеннолетними, позволит повысить его эффективность
