Abstract

Исследуются пределы судейского усмотрения, указывается на их роль в реализации дискреционных полномочий; посредством анализа научной литературы выявляется перечень пределов судейского усмотрения, делается вывод об их обязательном характере, а также о роли установления пределов судейского усмотрения для эффективного осуществления правосудия.
