Abstract

Уголовный кодекс РФ является одним из средств уголовной политики в сфере защиты несовершеннолетних от преступлений. В статье на основе анализа Уголовного кодекса РФ рассматривается современное состояние уголовно-правовой защиты несовершеннолетних и их законных интересов, обозначаются проблематика и научные взгляды в данной области. Автором делаются выводы и даются рекомендации по улучшению положения уголовноправовой защиты прав несовершеннолетних и их законных интересов.
