Особенности Формирования Национальной Инновационной Системы В России

Abstract

Рассматриваются основные направления инновационной политики по обеспечению динамичного развития национальной инновационной системы России и повышению конкурентоспособности национальной экономики. Проводится анализ способствующих и препятствующих развитию факторов, а также предлагаются возможные пути преодоления существующих противоречий в данной области. Более глубокому изучению способствует обращение к зарубежному опыту формирования национальных инновационных систем и инновационной деятельности в целом.
