Abstract

Рассмотрены возможности использования налогоплательщиками правового поля при обжаловании ненормативных актов налоговых органов. Проведен анализ действующего законодательства по вопросам защиты интересов налогоплательщиков. Приведены статистические данные результатов обжалования ненормативных актов налоговых органов на основных этапах. Даны рекомендации налогоплательщикам по применению процедуры досудебного обжалования ненормативных актов налоговых органов.
