Особенности Старопромышленного Региона Как Объекта Управления Социально-Экономическим Развитием

Abstract

Представлена характеристика роли старопромышленных регионов в устойчивом развитии национальной экономики. Показано, что общими проблемами для всех типов старопромышленных регионов являются: нехватка квалифицированных кадров; высокий уровень износа основных фондов; отставание темпов их обновления от потребностей региональной экономики и хозяйствующих субъектов; экологические проблемы. Особое внимание уделено выявлению специфических проблем, препятствующих устойчивому социально-экономическому развитию старопромышленных регионов конкретного типа. Обосновано, что старопромышленные регионы могут выступить в качестве «опорных регионов» при проведении политики реиндустриализации, реализуемой в настоящее время в Российской Федерации.
